I want to have my student loans consolidated but my 6 month grace period hasn’t expired. I don’t know exactly how much I took out in student loans; if I go to my local bank, and give them information such as my Social Security Number, will they be able to find out what loans I used, how much I borrowed, and set up a consolidated loan for me?

Is there a way I can take some sort of class or learning course or something so I can learn how to create games and a gaming website. Is there a way to do it for free? I would like to learn how omgpop.com, fog.com, mmorpg.com, miniclip and etc did it. How do I make flash games? How do I make it for multiplayer? And can I do it for free? I know there are lots of questions, but maybe you can lead me into some good site or something. I do realize it takes lots of knowledge and money, that’s why I would like to learn, and I am just wondering if there is something for free. Please help me. Thanks in advance.

Currently, I’m unemployed & I didn’t file taxes. I want to apply for an online college. So that, I can join the Armed Forces.
Things are so hard for me right now, but I refuse to succumb to the negativity. Is there anyway, I can apply for school & have a student loan cover it all?… For the time being that is… I’ll pay it off, once I’m the Armed Forces. All I need is a semester at the moment.

I graduated med school in 2000 with a ton of subsidized & unsubsidized student loans. I consolildated in 2001 and got a 7.75% fixed rate interest rate. I currently owe 9,000. 2 years ago, a private company "bought" my loan giving me a 1% rebate and an interest reduction from 7.75% to 7.25% after 36 on-time payments. I will qualify for the rate reduction next year. I am wishing or hoping there is some way I can refinance this loan to get a better interest rate. I do have a very small loan I never consolidated still outstanding (the principal is about 0). The smaller loan is a HPSL (health professions student loan). Does anyone know if I can reconsolidate my huge already consolidated loan and combining it with my tiny HPSL loan? If not, anyone have ANY suggestions on how I can get a lower interest rate? I do NOT own a home or have any collateral except my car. My income is 5,000/year. I pay ,000/mo on the stud loan. The interest I’m paying gnaws at me constantly.
I’m in a 25% tax bracket so am not taking home 5,000 by a long shot!! I’m taking home about ,000. And no matter how fast I pay it off, 7.75% interest is just so high. Really, I just want to know if there’s any way to get a lower interest rate without having a home as collateral. I don’t see how I can pay more than ,000/month and even at that rate, it’s still gonna take me five more years even with the reduction to 7.25 percent. I’m in agony over how much i’m paying in interest! Thanks in advance for any ideas.

I’m currently enrolled at Florida State University, but due to the fact that I am working full time – I am unable to continue my schooling here (most classes are scheduled when I have to be at work).
I will probably have to finish my education online, and was wondering if an online Masters degree (MBA) holds any weight in the real world.

I went through a company to consolidate my student loans. Currently, on my credit report, it shows I have about 10 Sallie Mae loans open. Once Sallie Mae is paid, will they delete the accounts from my credit report or will it still be on there and show as paid? Is there anyway I can get them off, because I don’t want a whole lot of accounts shown on my report. I’m trying to buy a house and want my credit report to look good. Thanks in advance.
I haven’t started paying any of them, so they are all negative. This is why I need them removed.

I am a May 2008 graduate with a significant amount of debt.
Because I transferred, I have over ,000 in a number of private and federal loans from different companies in two different states. I just have a few questions about consolidation.
1. Can you consolidate both federal and private loans into one?
2. I just started working, so I don’t make that much, do you think consolidation is a good option? I can make the payments, but it makes everything else a lot tighter.
3. If I consolidate, what companies can I trust?
4. What companies are best?
5. What if I go back to grad school later and need to take out loans again? Can I add to the consolidation? Or does something else happen?
Any information will help. I am trying to be responsible and budget, but having a number of student loans is making things pretty difficult. Thanks in advance!

I have some Undergraduate Student loans with AES and their rates keep going up and they are not great with customer service. I am wondering what is a good company to consolidate my private student loans with. I want good terms (as in deferment in school. etc.) Please help who has gone through this process.
