Need Help with Consolidating Private Student Loans!?

Okay, so, I have tried getting help with consolidating Pirivate Student Loans (,000) (there were seven different increments that I took this loan out in) and have found out that:

NextStudent-No Longer does biz for private student loans now
PAL Student Loans-No Longer accepts apps either
WellsFargo-Almost got in here, but when my mom tried to help me as a co-signer (who makes over 0 grand a year), she tried to fax over her earnings statements and they kept giving her grief about the fax wasn’t clear or something, and then they said, denied…nice.
Chase-said nope, too many student loans, it was "too hard’ for them to consolidate it, lovely.
And pretty much everything else, has been a big fat no.

I don’t want to do debt consolidation, because it appears as a negative on your credit report, and I am a federal employee.

Someone help, because I got my student loan through CitiAssist, and am about to go into repayment to the tune of 0 a month, and am about to crack.
